HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping for orders over RM150. For orders under RM150, the following flat rates apply.
West Malaysia: RM10
East Malaysia: RM15
ARE POLYLAB PRODUCTS APPROVED BY THE MOH?
Yes. All of our products have product registration numbers (e.g., MAL07081670XCSZ), which are issued by National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency, a body of the Malaysian Ministry of Health.
CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Generally, we do not accept returns. Please email us with any questions at sales@polylabbiotech.com.
